Saddlebrooke HOA1 is the original Home Owner's Association created when Saddlebrooke was first developed by Robson Communities. Saddlebrooke HOA1 consists of 2,059 homes & 3,650 Saddlebrooke residents on approximately 1,200 acres of land. Inside the community you will find three 9-hole golf courses, a 2-story clubhouse with complete restaurant facilities, meeting rooms, golf shop, a recreational activity center, fitness center, an arts & crafts center, and plenty of tennis courts.
Nestled against the base of the Catalina Mountains, Saddlebrooke HOA1 Golf Course provides residents and guests with 27 holes spread out over three, 9-hole golf courses. All three golf courses; the Saddlebrooke Course, the Tucson Course & the Catalina Course, have been renovated since 2012. Combined, Saddlebrooke HOA1 golf offers a unique golf experience with abundant Mountain Views for all residents.

Saddlebrooke HOA2 is the homeowner association charged with operating about half of the community of Saddlebrooke Arizona, a Robson Active Adult Retirement Resort Community. It is conventiently located just 22 miles north of Tucson, Arizona and features some of the best Mountain Views in all of Arizona. This active community is made up of residents age 50 and older.
